This was our 43rd cruise on various lines and our second cruise on the Dream in seven months. Disappointed with Hit and Miss cabin steward..he actually forgot to clean cabin one day and evidently ice for our cabin was at a premium . A two hour wait for Our time dining was totally unacceptable. I must compliment the dining hostess who checked with us each evening after the two-hour ordeal. She was friendly and professional. Wish I could remember her name.

Don't know if there was the Platinum/Diamond Party or not, but we never received an in-cabin invitation. We inquired from one of the officers who said it was going to be Friday night....didn't happen. We enjoy Bingo games and it is a shame that with two exceptions, it was a one game session at the same price as the two game and four game sessions.

Embarkation was smooth, debarkation was not. Platinum guests were to meet in the dining room and we had to wait in line as nearly a thousand passengers utilizing self assist clogged all pathways leading to the dining room. Evidently, many passengers were from the N.O. area and used self assist.

Cabin Review

Cabin was quiet and had ample storage.
