Our last 10 cruises have been on other lines....so we were looking forward to again being on Princess. Our room had been changed without letting us know. Down a floor and close to elevators. Cust service could have cared less. Just told us we should have made a note to not change room. Why would we pick a floor and room if thats not what we wanted?

Bed was one of the worst we have ever slept on. Pure concrete. Pillows were so old they were limp.

Room service was close to being on time (30 min appointments) had to call 1 time when it never came. Read more
