Flew from Scotland, flight to Newark good, flight to Miami had to turn back because of hydraulic failure, bit scary but handled exceptionally well by United's lady pilot. Pre cruise overnight hotel fine, embarkation good. Suite, outside cabin, plenty of storage space, walk in wardrobe. Comfy beds, decor OK but believe ship is leaving the fleet soon. Bathroom plenty room bath and shower, though never had need of the bath.

Food good, dining room nice, nearly all tables for 2, not keen to have table sharing, which we quite like. Big downside: service exceptionally slow, really disappointed, thought there would be more staff to customer ratio. This cruise being all inclusive we had good service from drinks waiters.

Entertainment was good, one show per evening, which was excellent, not too many other things going on though.
