This was our 3rd cruise with Carnival and probably the most disappointing, firstly when we booked the cruise we were not informed that on 2 of the stops, It was labour day so either everything was shut or very busy as loa calls celebrated a day off work.

We were situated opposite the laundry room which was open from 0630 till 2356 every day, the noise of the tumble dryer and the conversation of guests using the facility was intense. From the minute the room opened till it shut nearly 18 hours later somebody was in there. The door was frequently wedged open, the other guests may as we'll have been in my room with me as I could clearly hear every word they were saying. I tolerated this for 1 day and night but after that when I still couldn't get to sleep at midnight because it was still in use complained to guest services. Only after 3 days of complaining was the door kept shut, which sort of muffled the constant click from the tumble dryer, however I still had to put ear plugs in to get to sleep.

The staff were ok but not as friendly as other staff I have met on carnival cruises, we frequently had to go to the bar as the waitress in the ocean lounge never seemed to be about when we were ready for another drink.
