Kandice, you asked me to give you some feed back on this cruise...well, here it is. It's rather long. You may share.

"All that Glitter doesn't mean Customer Service"

Just got back from a MSC Divina Caribbean Cruise. Unfortunately this was the most unpleasant cruise I have ever been on. Cruisers, stick to Royal, Princess, Celebrity and Carnival! Customer Service is non-existent on board this ship. If they want to make it in the American market they need to get some training on what Americans expect. They still cater to their overseas clients and it's evident.

Cabin Review

Room was average cruise ship with balcony.
