Sail Date: Apr 2014

We have been on several Princess cruises and this was the best cruise we have been on to date. We have been looking forward to our Panama Canal trip for some time and it did not disappoint.

Embarkation from the Los Angeles cruise centre was well organised and very efficient.

The Island Princess is a well laid out ship. We gave been on the Sun, Dawn and Sea Princess ships previously. The Island princess carries the same amount of passengers but is a third bigger than these ships and it shows. The entertainment areas are spacious, the gym was never overcrowded and you could always find a spot around the pool areas.

Cabin Review

Good sized cabin with a bath and walk in wardrobe. The balcony was uncovered and could be easily looked into from the above balconies.
