Entertainment: Shows in the theatre were all very well done. Bollywood (a Circ de Sol type production) was excellent. Band on the Run (similar to Rock of Ages on stage) was our favorite. The Neil Diamond tribute was great! Jose' and Patti's shows each night in the atrium were wonderful. They sang music from over the past 50 years and mixed it in with a few stories and comedy. We would pick another cruise just knowing that they were performing. The piano bar had Ariel and Dave perform tributes to Sinatra, James Taylor, Elton John, Nat King Cole and more. The Spinnaker Lounge generally had a band playing dance music followed later by a DJ each evening. There was typically a band playing during the afternnon next to the pool except on port days when they played during sale away party. Generally, there was more entertainment that we wanted to see than time to see it.

Ports: Roatan has a small "made for cruise ship" shopping area. The town outside the shopping area is full of solicitors with not much to see. Beaches can be reached by cab and generally cost $$ to use. We walked around the town and then returned to the ship soon because of lack of anything of interest. After we returned home we found out that a Norwegian crew member had be murdered probably in the same place we had been walking, just 10 days earlier. No warnings had been given by the staff nor delivered in our room as to the dangers. In retrospect, we were very disappointed with Norwegian's lack of concern for our safety.

Belize's port is a small shopping area with many solicitors just outside the gates and again not much to see in the immediate area. Since you have to tender in, it's not really worth the visit unless you just like the boat ride or you book a tour.

Cabin Review

Seemed slight smaller than other ships balcony cabins.
