It's been over 3 weeks since our written survey and we have not heard back from the cruise line so from prompting of the Cruise Critic community, I'm submitting this review. This Society Islands cruise was the second of three (in a row) cruises. We were thrilled to experience our "home town" cruise line (headquarters in Bellevue, WA) but discovered its service to be mediocre--both Celebrity and Princess cruise staffs worked harder to please. We certainly enjoyed the islands but expected a higher standard.

Undoubtedly, the all-inclusive drinks, complimentary water equipment, entertainers (Gauguins/Gauguines/Santa Rosa), ports, on ship check-in, housekeeping, and bathroom/refrigerator products were all absolutely fantastic! The food overall was also very good.

While we could cite a small veranda cabin, lack of temperature control (no fan speed), and cabin noise--of greater concern is the absence of "customer first" attitude. Here are three examples:
