Ship Facts: Celebrity Summit Review (by Cruise Critic!) | Celebrity Summit Deck Plans
Great Celebrity Summit Cruise

The ship was in great shape, we were on the ship in seconds and had a glass of champagne.

We spent the first day getting acclimated to the ship. This is our second Celebrity cruise so were familiar with some of the features, The pool was a good size, the whirlpools great and the pool in the solarium invigorating. Our room was on floor 2 forward, a departure from our usual upgraded cabin. We did fine with a porthole and received great service all week from our room steward Peter.

We had select dining which meant we could dine anytime. We also had the premium beverage package.

Both were great, we met a lot of nice people while dining.

We attended a few memorable events while on board, first was a meeting with The Captain and his staff on Sunday for Cruise Critic members, the second was a great cocktail party for returning Celebrity members and the third, a tour of the bridge for Cruise Critic members, all 3 first class!

Our favorite locations on board were the oceanside pool, the martini bar and the Cosmopolitan restaurant.

tips:the forward elevator was least crowded especially at peak times, we purchased 8 wheel luggage which made it easy to roll around, no more pulling the bags, highly recommend the catamaran tour swimming with turtles in Barbados
