Awersome Experience! Celebrity Cruises was the best cruise line we ever had ... the food and service was over the top!

Our Suite Concierge, Kimberly Reed made it even more so! Captain Nick was great!

This was a trip of a lifetime for us we were thoroughly enjoyed it!

When you embark, there is a separate line for suites though the outside personnel kept us being force to the long line to wait ..until we got to the entrance... plus we had to wait 20min while they remade our SeaPass cards?

This is a home port for Celebrity/RCCL -- you would think they would hire knowledgeable employees.

We were also the first ship that Canyon Ranch took over the Spa so they were closed for a few days and there was some confusion with coupons.

The entertainment was fair .. some of the performances by the troupe were excellent. This Michael Jackson show was horrible .. the guy was flat ..they should have thrown in overboard!!!

Cabin review:

The ship is old ...so you have to reset your expectations. The couch cushions for the middle couch were from hunger ..and the couch was low to the ground. You also need to pole vault into the shower as its a jacuzzi tub [a common complaint]. If you have mobility issues, this might be very challenging! All Suite guests are "Captains Club Elite" in terms of benefits ..wish we knew that beforehand that we got some free laundry ..it would have saved on some packing.
