Just got back from west Africa cruise on the Fred Olsen Braemar, What a fantastic cruise experience it was.We have cruised with many cruise lines including P&O, Celebrity, Princess, Thomsons, NCL,The service was excellent, nothing is ever too much trouble for any of the crew, really friendly, wonderful people,THE Waiters we had in the Grampian restaurant were fantastic, we were on table 31, and the food was superb, always a large mouthwatering variety,The entertainment was good and something to suit all tastes.Lounge areas were comfortable, and bar service excellent, always served with a smile.Pool area was good, with lots of sunbeds and again an excellent bar service.

The ports we visited were different, but not like the Mediterranean ports, but we did an excursion in the Gambia and Senegal which we enjoyed and very well organised. We had only one gripe, which was the cabin was very small, but we spend so little time in it, it wasn"t a problem to us.Embarkation and disembarkation was well organised, and went very smoothly. We had a fantastic time and would definitely be cruising with Fred Olsen again.

Cabin Review

small, but served its purpose as we spend very little time in the cabin
