3 days before we were to leave for the cruise, we received notice that a transformer was down, and we would have to spend one less day in the Bahamas and instead go to Charleston SC. No offense to those who live there...but 65 degrees and rainy the entire time, doesn't compare to 85 and sunny! We were offered 25% our NEXT cruise or we could cancel w/o penalty. With 3 days notice we couldn't cancel. Read on to see what else happened, and we STILL didn't get any type of credit.

The PRIDE has only dining room, and we were stuck with an 8:15 dining time, which is late for us to eat. We tried to change it, but at first were told no. After 3 days of eating below par food in their food court, we tried again to change the dining time, and they reluctantly did.

There were several times that we went to eat at one of the food court places, and they were closed, even though they were to be open. (Not sure why, because there wasn't anything posted) The pizza on board was decent, room service was horrible. (Only cold food and they always got our order wrong) The Asian place was "Ok" and the buffet was hit or miss. The self serve ice cream was always dirty and I wouldn't eat it, so I can't say if it was good or not. In general the food court was not very clean.
