First of all the negativ item of the cruise. This is my 2. cruise with RCCL after a total of 24, RCCL cannot serve hot food on hot plates in their dining room. Also due to lacking hot storage cabinetts (as common on every other cruiseline), hot plates will be sitting on a trolley for a while till finally served. This procedure was also confirmed by waitstaff. On top of that, food items on one plate would be hot and a nother item warm which proves that monitoring of food temperatures by senior staff on the line in the kitchen is not done properly. This is a very strong negativ point as dining in style in the dining room should be enjoyable. Last Dinner was eaten in Windjammer and nearly the same situation with food temperatures but as an excuse to say, if all heat lamps would be working properly, no one would be able to touch serving tonges.

Other than that:

Checkin and departure from the ship EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!

Cabin Review

Big enough even for 7 or more days, enough space for clothes and 2 large suitcases under the bed. Very clean cabin, good location as 10 cabins away from elevator. Daily service of cabin excellent, no odours at all.
