We traveled Easter weekend to the Bahamas.

This was my daughters first cruise. She is 5. I was so excited to take her on a cruise and see and experience all that I have on the many cruises I have been on in the past. This was my first time cruising with a child and the first time I have cruised since she was born..... has something in cruising changed? I mean.... there are obvious differences (all night drinking and partying was not going to happen.... I get that), but below is what I found this trip:

1. CABIN: Upon arrival, the cabin air conditioning was not functional. It was 86*. They had "no replacement parts" and no other rooms as it was a booked cruise. The maintenence man informed us that the part was "on order". Did that mean they knew it was nonfunctional before we arrived???
