Nice trip for adults
Our trip had excellent service in the dining areas! We went with another family and all agree this ship is just ok. The adults enjoyed the size of the ship because it was not crowded and there were never any lines Also, the crew members seemed very attentive to us. There were definitely a lot more older adults on this ship so night life was rather boring....We were a tad disappointed at the lack of service in Vintages (rather snotty and did not come over to our table) and not happy with the kid programs. We have three kids who love the children programs on our past cruises! This time our kids did not enjoy their time as compared to past trips. They did not like the teenage club & felt it was not fun. And, the younger one did not want to go back into her age group either. This was very different for us; I think this is seriously lacking on this ship. This entire ship vibe was more low key than the bigger ships we usually go on.
Overall this ship is great for grown ups and More older folks. However, I would not go again with my children. They did not enjoy this ship compared to larger ones. Our room also had sewage smell off and on this trip. This cruise was very average. Less

Cabin review: Brilliance of the Seas 7528
Ship was easy to navigate. Our cabin location was great and easy to access all areas. All public areas were very clean and well attended to daily by ship personnel. We loved our balcony because it was extended and very large.
Port and Shore Excursions
We've been here many times and love this place. This cruise we went to Mr. Sancho's and the coral hurt our feet when we tried to swim and the water was very murky. However, we were pleased to have great service and good food. If I could re-do this port, I would go back to Passion Island or do a catamaran snorkel trip. The coral here is not to be missed with snorkeling! We wished we had done another planned activity / excursion along with our trip to the beach club. It seemed like a super long hot day in one place.
Seven Mile Beach is beautiful, relaxing, and fun. We loved the water because of the crystal blue calm waters. It was a gorgeous beach day for all ages in our group. What a nice beach day for our whole family! Only downfall is the expense and lack of shade. This is a very expensive port and not very lush with folliage. We wished it had a more tropical feel.... but, boy, we loved the water here!
