From the moment I saw the ship, I felt disappointed and it didn't improve. Over crowded, not enough room in central function area, entertainment was not to my taste, staff looked like they didn't want to be there. Maybe it was the American focus on an Aust. Cruise
Can' t help the fact large number passengers disabled or over 80 yrs. was told a family ship.
I didn't dare go in pools Only 2 pools No toilets on deck so water through inside when people did do right thing. Inside pool was full of very old persons and probably cos I'm a nurse, I couldn't trust their continance. I felt I was in a retirement village. There was one elderly lady with dementia constantly lost on her own
There was no library as it had been turned into cabins There was one bookcase which was inaccessible
For several days. Exorbitant charge for 16mth old child with no child care included or no ability to process
Food Child centre not staffed well. Paid $20 for 2 hours More and they couldn't manage him and had to leave movie
I wouldn't go again or any of the others They are floating theme parks
I've been on a few ships and this disappointed Complaint made to royal C and they didn't
Apologise just wanted more info Less
