This was our 5th cruise with RC and we are Crown and Anchor Members. We were booked in a Junior Suite on Deck 7 Stern, Cabin 7352. The priority boarding process was slower than the regular passenger line. It was combined with those with wheelchairs, walkers, etc.

Our cabin was HOT and we had to call Maintenance twice to get it corrected. It was fixed by about 8 pm so we can't complain. Maintenance person very professional.

Dining Room service was great by the Waiter and Assistant Waiter (Jaimmee and Gabriel), Head Waiter never stopped by to chat. Feel that the gratuity for that guy (because we don't even know his name) was wasted. The food was unremarkable. Geriatric is the basic description. Disappointed....our home cooking was better..
