My wife and I have cruised on the Caribbean Princess 4 times and yes it is showing some wear. This ships layout is easy to get around . We like Princess because it has good food , the people that work on this ship are very helpful and care about your cruise .We love the Serenity It is pricey but I can't sit in full sun all day ,so it gives some relief from the heat. We don't go to the shows. just not our thing .This ship is going for some dry dock time in May . We have cruised on Royal Caribbean and Celebrity - these lines are good in their own way - but we find that Princess has almost everything we look for in a fun cruise .

The western Caribbean was fun....Cozumel we rented a jeep from Ernesto's .It was @ $60.00 for the day . We drove around the island and went to Coconuts on the east side of the island.....GREAT TIME . This island is safe as we never had any problems. We have been to Cozumel before and saw the ruins so a trip around the island was just fine with the stop at Coconuts and --returned the Jeep and headed back to the ship.

In Honduras we went to the beach next to the ship- nice beach. There are bars and you can rent things like snorkel equipment as well as floatie things to lay on in the water. There are shops [of course } just off the ship which were clean and nice.
