Lots of room for improvement

Sail Date: March 2014
Destination: Western Caribbean
Embarkation: Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

I have to say that after cruising the Disney Fantasy, this cruise has lots of room for improvement.

It is big and has lots to offer but:

-the non-smoking on balconies sucks

-my kids did not want to return to the kids groups- they said they were boring

-no shampoo in the staterooms?

-the free drinks are terrible - flavoured water in 2 restaurants that close relatively early and after that it's water and coffee only

-customer service leaves a lot to be desired - people don't seem to be very happy to be working there

-one very small gift shop

-dining room food was ok but the steak/prime rib is terrible; very fatty and grissly

- our room was dirty when we got there; someone's pants were left behind in the closet and there was garbage under the bed

Considering what we paid... I don't feel like we were pampered or appreciated as guests :( Less

Cabin review: Oasis of the Seas 6606

Room was ok. Nice larger balcony. Good access to the boardwalk and the promenade.
