We booked five balconies, side by side, for our kids, grandkids, and ourselves--which gave us one long balcony for moving between cabins and a feeling of spaciousness you don't get with one standard veranda.

We love sailing on Oasis or Allure with our family because it offers something for everyone, regardless of age. (We range from 74 to 11.) Even though the ship is scheduled to go in for a sprucing up later this year, every thing still looks in great shape, from the public areas to the cabins themselves.

We have always booked all the shows we want to see pre-cruise, in order to insure we get seats when we prefer. I don't know if this is absolutely necessary, but it seems like a good idea.

Cabin Review

Well designed for max use of space. Nice mid-ship location several decks above a row of life boats on deck 5 (but still an unobstructed view). Would be nice to have the iPod connection like on the Allure, but not that big a deal.
