We were transferred by a taxi from the pier area to a beautiful location located on the beach inside an air conditioned sun room where we met Lucy. Lucy taught us about KaoKao the cacao bean. We got to learn about where cacao comes from, how it is grown, harvested and processed to become the chocolate that we know and the chocolate they make there in Cozumel. Then we got to sample lots of different chocolate candy, drinks and Mole'. Then we got to make our own chocolate that you get to keep. The other chocolates we tasted were offered at the end for purchase. It was very educational and lots of hands on fun!

We boarded the bus right out the back of the port after waiting in line in the A/C in Diamonds International, where we also got to look around and was offered punch. Melanie was our bus ride tour guide, the ride was about an hour long. She talked to us for about 45 min teaching us all about Belize, the animals, the land and the people there. It was very interesting and informative. We also received a cool map with good information on it. The ride came to an end when we reached to Ruins, we got off the bus and started the tour that was given by Carlos. Carlos was very proud of the ruins and his people, he was a great guide. After the talking part we were able to walk around on our own and climb to the top of the different ruins. They also had local venders selling their wood products, coconuts and dried plantains chips. We got back on the bus and headed back to town where we were dropped off at a local restaurant for a refreshment before walking back to the pier.

Great location for families, close to kids club and buffet, nice layout, plenty enough room for two adults and one child. Enough cubbies for each person and closet size worked just right. Suit cases fit under the bed nicely. Very minimal exterior noises. Loved pulling into ports on this balcony! The balcony was a little hard to get to with the sofa bed opened but the bed slid right out of the way when needed. The bathroom was a little tight but nice to have a separation from the toilet area and the shower area with sliding doors. TV was nice . Extra built-in table and shelves in the corner was also a plus.

It was so nice to be able to go to the spa anytime that I wanted to get into the steam room, the Jacuzzi, the sauna or just to sit and relax on the hot stone lounge chairs, especially after port play.The buffet food is really good and the staff does an outstanding job of keeping the passenger chaos controlled by keeping the food filled, the area clean and the tables ready for the next person.
