We have cruised extensively (over 15 cruises) on many lines. This is our fourth Celebrity. If this had been the first Celebrity cruise, we would never do Celebrity again. As it is, not sure we will ever do again.

The ship is very worn. The deck above the pool has floor missing in spots. Chairs in the cinema are worn and you sink to the ground when you sit in one.

The select dining was horrible. Service was so bad that it usually took at least two hours for dinner. This was not due to the wait staff, it appeared to be due to the kitchen. As soon as food came to the DR, they served it. I had fish three times and two of the three, I could not eat it was so overcooked and dry.
