This was our 14th cruise. Before leaving, we checked the reviews and was somewhat surprised at the low ratings. But, there is always someone not completely happy - so we disregarded the advice from online. From beginning to end - we were sorely disappointed with the Royal Princess.

The food was sub-standard, the entertainment was NOT family friendly and VERY raunchy, service was poor and the daily activities were boring. I had 3 teenagers who would not even go to the teen club - it was virtually empty. Our dining experience was horrible the first night. We were switched to a different time slot, with different waiters and they made the dining experience wonderful. Their names were Joselito and Christian. The food was not what was expected, but their service was excellent. Wish I could say the same about housekeeping. Our poor lady was so stressed out. In fact, we were constantly out of toilet paper and tissue. One day, she did not have washcloths and told us we could share the one she gave us! The daytime dining experience was pretty much the same as housekeeping. We had to beg for coffee, juice and lemonade. I can say confidently we will never step onboard that ship again. Royal Caribbean - Here we come!
