Don't go on this ship! Service was super slow. Not enough help. Example: it took 55 minutes to get our appetizer after we were seated. This was in the Italian restaurant that adds a surcharge. Also the appetizer itself was pathetic. I get a much higher quality salad from Wendy's .
Food at the buffet on the 12 th floor didn't change much. Same food every day. Quality was similar to Golden Corral.
The service people worked very hard, but there weren't enough to meet the demand.
Announcements over the ship intercom were many times given by people with heavy accents. It was difficult to understand them.
Two changes for the better:
1. When getting off the ship at a port, the passengers aren't held hostage by ship photographers.
2. In the past, service people would at least three times per minute, ask someone lounging, if they wanted a drink. It got old fast.
