We had a balcony cabin on deck 10. Be forwarned--Norwegian allows smoking on balconies and we could not fully enjoy ours as the neighbors were always smoking. We also did not have a working TV or phone when we checked in--the sink drain was stopped up with pieces of fruit dumped by the previous guests and the carpet was stained. The steward never came by so we finally went down to guest services in the evening and they sent a supervisor who got the ball rolling to fix things. Other than our steward, we have to say that the crew is very friendly, they work hard and are eager to make sure you are comfortable and have a good time. The production shows are excellent, comedian Tim Kaminski will have you laughing out loud, duo Jose and Patti are not to be missed. You will never go hungry--food is plentiful and tasty. Norwegian is a relaxed way to cruise--you do not have to dress up. The guys in our group wore slacks and collared shirts to dinner and us girls either sun dresses or capris and we ate in the specialty restaurants. Getting on / off the ship was never a problem and the crew welcomed you back after excursions with music, beverages and moist towels. We will cruise Norwegian again in the future.

Cabin Review

We had a balcony cabin deck 10 port side. It was really tiny but adequate for two. If you had to open the couch to a bed for a third person it would be very tight. It was quiet--we were never disturbed. Beds have really firm mattresses. Norwegian does allow smoking on the balcony and that did bother us that our neighbors were always smoking.
