Ship is Very Crowded

Sail Date: January 2014
Destination: Panama Canal & Central America
Embarkation: Miami

The good: All staff members were excellent & extremely accommodating. Entertainment and music was top notch. Food was very good but descriptions of menu items needed improvement. Great ports. Five bay catamaran & swim shore excursion in Huatulco was excellent.

The bad: Desserts were disappointing and ice cream flavors too limited. Location of pool ice cream bar in direct sun so ice cream always melting.

The ship: Poor layout & too small for number of people- very crowded. Buffet area- outdated slow beverage dispensers blocking walkway. Food choices poorly organized. Does not accommodate physically challenged people adequately. State rooms are smaller than other ships- TV channels inadequate- no American ESPN; TV should give more information about ports & remove talks on ports already visited (Stardust lounge not big enough for all those interested in Panama Canal talk or shows); Bathroom & make-up table do not have enough light; toilet seat will More not stay up for a man Less
