Between my husband and I we have been on over 30 cruises and by far Celebrity is the best! We were celebrating our 30th aniversary on this cruise. We flew into FLL on Saturday afternoon and took a cab to the Renissance Cruise Port Hotel, had a nice evening and enjoyed the buffet breakfast the next morning. We took a cab on Sunday morning to the port and checked in at 10:30am, Concierge Class, we were on the ship by 11am. Cabin 1409 was wonderful! Aft cabin overlooking the ships wake.
We ate in the main dining room each night. Even though we had Select Dining option we ate at the same time and table each night. Our waiter Roberto and Assistant Holis we're amazing!
The Oceanview Cafe is the best set-up of any cruise line we've been on, very organized, great choices, and lots of seating.
We ate lunch at Bistro on Five and The Porch two days. Well worth the extra $5 p/p. Excellent food and service.
We had the Premium Drink Package, very pleased with it. Had great service at all bars and poolside. We loved Micheal's before dinner and the Martini Bar, but our favorite was the Sunset Bar for late afternoons. Milton took good care of us!
Entertainment was great. We loved the magician, vantriloquist, and the Sin City Comedian Chaz was hilarious!
Our cabin was wonderful, enjoyed our balcony and soot wasn't an issue as they cleaned it every morning.
We did a city tour in Old San Juan, not through cruise. In St. Kitts we did the Train Ride Shore Excursion and enjoyed it. We did the Dolphin Encounter Shore Excursion in St. Maarten, it left about 2 hrs late and the ferry ride takes an hour each way. You get 30 mins with the Dolphins. It was a long trip for such a short time in the water.
The valet luggage service was well worth the $20 as we spent the day in FLL and flew home in the afternoon. Disembarkation was very quick and easy.
We can't wait to go on Celebrity again!
