Our first cruise

Sail Date: January 2014
Destination: Western Caribbean
Embarkation: Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

It was fabulous. The embarkation ( had to wait a while but we didn't mind and expected it) and disembarkation process was really smooth.

The private island, Half Moon Cay was simply beautiful and very relaxing. We did rent a clam shell to stay out of the sun as much as possible. The water was beautiful and warm.

Went to Grand Cayman, Cozumel, and Key West. Took a trolley tour in Key West and glad we did.

The ship is lovely, the food was delicious, and all the staff we came in contact with were very kind. We met some very nice people on board and enjoyed their company.

Our cabin was mid-ship on deck 4. It was located between 2 life boats but you could still see out with the floor to ceiling windows (appeared to be sliding doors that did not open). It was fine for us and larger than we expected and when we wanted to sit outside, we just went to deck 3.

We enjoyed it so much, we are looking forward to doing it again sometime. Less
