Can't say enough about Celebrity. We were sailing the day Royal Caribbean acquired Celebrity and it wasn't a pretty picture. Crew was arrogant taking up much of the public rooms with friends and family and refusing passengers seating. Ugly enough I complained to hotel manager. Have traveled again on the Celebrity Equinox a few years ago [after finding Royal Caribbean and Princess unable to accommodate the length of our itinerary and pricing] and found it to be far superior to other cruise lines].

Our cruise departed March 8th for 14 days and was absolutely the finest cruise we have been on. This is the first time I have ever approached the executive chef and other senior officers to compliment them on their outstanding service. Service 5; Food 5; Islands and tours 5 but returning to Ft. Lauderdale and processing through Customs too long {loooonnnnnggggg cattle lines,] a 2. A few of Celebrity representatives in the Customs area a bit arrogant and short with passengers, not what you would expect from Celebrity after receiving such royal treatment on ship. I would recommend Celebrity, especially the Eclipse, to anyone looking to cruise.
