First and last time cruising. Very disappointed, I was expecting more. We normally stay in all inclusive Caribbean locations. I was disappointed with the room size, the motion felt on such a large boat, the food wasn't any better than eating at the mall and the entertainment was just ok. The staff is very friendly and tried very had to make the cruise a success but here are my suggestions. Instead of building boats for 5,000 passengers, build a boat for less and make the room at least the size of a standard US hotel room. Include all beverages in the price, lord knows you charge enough. Stop nickel and diming for customer, all restaurants should be available to all passengers. I have a dietary requirement of lactose intolerant, brining me a bowl with lettuce with no dressing is not a lactose free menu! Educate the cooks how to cook for lactose free diet. Never Again!
