The ship is beautiful I have to admit, cabin attendant was terrific, our room was always spotless and so was the ship. BUT it was a full cruise and there were not enough waiters and bar staff to handle the passengers. You felt rushed at dinner, and I guess that's ok, since the food was so bad, you couldn't eat several of the courses. Appatizers were ok, soup and salad they can't mess up but the entrée was terrible. Very small portions, and some of what we got didn't even look like what we ordered. For an Italian ship I was very upset that all the pasta dishes were so under cooked and gummy, and cold. The waiter at our table could have cared less, and as we did, most of the passengers complained about the food. The buffet was just as bad, and we stopped going for breakfast since everything was cold and under cooked. We feel that food and service is 50% of a good cruise experience. And this one left a very bad taste in our mouths, litteraly.
