The embarkation was very quick and well organized. The ship was very clean and most of staff onboard were fantastic, friendly and hard working. The Martini Bar is a must visit (our fav bartender Iketut greeted us everyday with a smile and by our names) The show they put on when pouring Martinis should not be missed. We never had any problem getting lounge chairs on deck - we were normally on deck 15.
The food in the MDR was very good and well presented - our waiter (Michelle) and assistant waiter (Fransisco) went above and beyond trying to please. They really made our dining experience.
Not sure why they had "Club" music blaring in the Martini Bar - that bar is more suited to some soft Jazz in the background. I mentioned the embarkation was a breeze - well, the disembarkation was the complete opposite. It seemed they were trying to rush everybody off the ship, which led to very long lines (even getting down the gangway, getting to your More
luggage). Once you reached the lines for US immigration the lines seemed never ending. It took us 2 long hours in line - have never seen anything that disorganized. Less
