Well, My wife, daughter and I have been on 7 different cruises in the past 13 months, Princess, RCL, Carnival and NCL. I regret to say that this was by far the worst of them all. I have always wanted to sail this ship as it looks and sounds excellent but please think it over and make sure you read the reviews. We are not very picky people and by saying that our most fun cruises have been on Carnival especially for the money, I will say that this I cruise was not terrible but was just not up to the other cruiselines.

Way to many people, food was just OK, main dining rooms had no atmosphere, we have felt more ambiance sitting in a hospital cafeteria. There was a lot of entertainment but having to book every event was cumbersome.

The service was the worst I have witnessed, it is the only cruiseline where I have been yelled at by staff. The café downstairs needs a huge staff changeover or possibly people who don't have a major language barrier. I witnessed and experienced very rude behaviour from the staff there, even when the manager was called. I really wished I had pulled my Gratuities. One thing I could not understand is the coffee stands. Either there was no coffee, no cups or no cream, they took turns being out of each item as 3 staff stood around and watched you. If you asked for cream the busboy would say "Just a Minute" and be gone for 20 minutes into the bowel of the ship and return with a handful of creamers, ridiculous! This may sound trivial but it happened every time we wanted a coffee.

Cabin Review

The cabin was very nice with a large balcony, really watch the price changes and phone for upgrades as this was no problem, We went from a BF to a B2. look at deck plans and try to get a somewhat protruding balcony as they are huge and worth it.
