Sail Date: Feb 2014

The ship is in real need of refurbishing. The public areas are rundown, and the shops were dirty and disappointing. Just ONE outside pool and the inside one isn't even warm. Hot tubs over chlorinated ruining bathing suits and stinging eyes. The whole boat was seriously understaffed. Long waits at bars. Entertainment was pretty pathetic - didn't stay for any of them all the way through. Not enough seats anyway. Food mediocre at best. Service in dining room was very good, but we could not understand why we had to wait in long lines to get into the dining room when we had reservations! The staterooms were the best part of the cruise. We felt the layout was good and the room was big enough for three of us. We could not believe that the ship did not provide hair conditioner!! We were told that if we had the next step up in rooms, we'd have the conditioner!! THAT is ridiculous!! People at front desk completely unhelpful - even rude. Overall, we left thinking we'd never go on RCL again. We'll go back to Celebrity!

Cabin Review

Good room. Enough space, but we were not told that it was an obstructed view - it was.
