Legend of the Seas Review. January 20, 2007 - January 27, 2007

This was possibly close to my 40th cruise. I had never sailed on Royal Caribbean Cruise Line until this past October on the Freedom of the Seas. I must say that looking back, had I had the choice of sailing Legend of the Seas first, and then Freedom of the Seas, my review may have been a bit different.

Arriving at the Tampa cruise terminal was a breeze, as I live 20 minutes away. Embarkation was unbelievable. We were processed and on the ship within 10 short minutes! We searched for our outside cabin on the 3rd deck, and were a bit shocked. The cabin was tiny! We were lucky that we found space to unpack the many clothes we would never wear. 2 bottles of wine and a $100 shipboard credit were displayed as a bon-voyage gift (thanks to our T.A.) The cabin was clean, although incredibly dusty. Our cabin steward introduced himself after the life boat drill.
