We were excited to be on a ship that had recently been refurbished, assuming it was going to be really nice!

Embarkation - It was pandamonium. Where we had to go to get our room key was way across the room from where you come in. Between you and the desk is thousands of people waiting to get on the ship. You had no idea if you were in line or just behind a group of people waiting to get on the ship. It was the worst embarkation we have ever had.

When we walked onto the ship we smelled an odor of sewer/septic smell. When we went to our room we were pleased with the size of it. The bed was large and roomy. However, as we began to unpack we noticed there were no nightstands to put our small items we usually have next to our bed. There was also no full length mirror. There was not a lot of storage and it seemed that the design of the room wasted some space that could have been put to use as storage area.
