We had not sailed on Celebrity for several years because we felt that the service, food and entertainment had gone downhill. We saw a "Bargain" fare last Summer and decided to try again. Our original experience was on their Zenith's maiden voyages in the early 1990's. and several others followed up to 2002. Well this Cruise was a welcome change. The food was some of the best we have had on any ship in the last 10 years.

The staff were ALL so friendly with warm smiles and genuinely trying to make this a memorable vacation. Over the top entertainment and production shows. 1) Lead singers so talented that they could have won any of the TV contests and/or starred on Broadway, REALLY. 2) Music and dancing around the ship by a Rising Star; Jordan Peterson, the Ocean Band, the Celebrity Orchestra were so good that you didn't know where to go first. On our final day at Sea the Lead singers, Dance Captain and Production Manager put on an "impromptu" show called "Broadway @ Sea". What a terrific show loaded with talent that was totally unexpected.This ship has been sold and is 19 years old. Even though it showed its age with some dents, dings and tatters it never felt like we were on a second class vessel. Very clean everywhere. Staff frequently reminding us to wash our hands and use the Sanitising liquid so we ALL have a safe, germ free Cruise.

Obviously we(6 of us) were very pleased and we are back sailing with the "New" Celebrity.
