This was our second cruise and we are not disappointed. From the time we entered the terminal at the beginning of the cruise, till the end, we never regretted a thing. I read some of the reviews on Cruise Critic, but I don't understand what they are complaining about. The ship is clean and well maintained. The dining staff was hurried but when your serving so many people that can be expected. The food in the buffet was always warm, plentiful and tasty. If anyone has never visited the islands (like us), this is the way to go. Arriving 2 days before our cruise gave us time to enjoy Honolulu and Pearl Harbor. Also helped get our body clocks set to Hawaii time.

The itinerary for the ship is well thought out. On the Maui and Kauai we rented a car since we there overnight and that allowed us to explore on our own. In Hilo, we had no plans so we got off ship with an open mind. Outside the gate was Dons Tours, so we went a talked to him. He said his tour involved more then the other operators and would take longer. We agreed to go with him. We were surprised by the tour he gave. We were with 4 other couples and he took us all over. Started at 9am and didn't get back till 6pm. Fantastic tour and well worth the $50.00 per person. Would highly recommend Don, very friendly and knows his island.

Entertainment on ship was fantastic and Cruise Director Marky Mark always had things going on and had us rolling on the floor. OH WHAT A NIGHT, a Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons Tribute was the highlight of the cruise. Every couple days they have a barbeque by the pool which helps break up port time. The ship was always on time and we saw dozen of whales right from our balcony. We enjoyed it so much, we will probably book again in a year or two. Disembarkation was easy and our luggage was waiting for us. Don't let the bad reviews discourage you, some people are never happy.

Cabin Review

The cabin was clean well decorated and designed well. We arrived with 3 suitcases but we were able to empty them into drawers and closet. Bathroom is adequate and the shower is hot and strong. There is a mini bar in the room, but we didn't use it. Bed was comfortable and balcony makes room feel bigger. Room also has a safe which is nice cause the you don 't have to carry purses and wallets with you. Plenty of outlets for chargers.
