We have cruised carnival before from New Orleans. We arrived and parked in the parking terminal at 10:30 no problems. Walked in, up to the VIP area, received our S&S cards and were ready to board by 11:00. About 11:30 they started calling priority zone 1. This was the BC7 cruise and there were a lot of diamond and platinum guests. We were on the ship by 11:45 and went to our cabin (8295) and part of our luggage was there, We dropped our carry on luggage and off to find something for lunch. The ship's inside colors are very nice and decks 4 and 5 are the main areas traffic paths. On the Lido deck past the buffet area you will find the Havana Bar Area. During lunch it is the Mongolian Wok at night is is Ji Ji Asian dining room. Lunch and dinner there is very good. At Breakfast in this area you can get made to order omlets. We found the ship clean, but did smell a bad smell a couple of times on the Lido deck close to the frozen yogurt bar. Smelled kinda like a restaurant grease trap. Food in the MDR was OK, buffet food was OK. Guys Burgers and Blue Iguana Burrito Bar were very good. We did see a lot of people but no long lines. The serenity deck is very nice - only no chairs if you get there after 6am, Too many chair hogs. since we had been to all three ports a number of times we did not do any excursions - did go off ship to explore shops in Roatan and Cozumel Did no get off in Belize - not much to do at the dock there, Overall ship is great and we loved every minute of the cruise. We will reccomend this ship to all our Carnival Cruise friends.
Very nice - smaller than most we have had on Carnival. Bathroom was very small buy very doable.
