My husband and I were very excited about this cruise, but I must say after 8 previous cruises, we just returned and were highly disappointed. We had second dining in the Palm Dining Room at 8 pm, Table 39. Cruise date 2/22/2014 -3/1/2014.

We never even saw the head waiter, the waiter assigned to our table was lousy and incompetent. The assistant waiter/beverage server did all he could to help and I do appreciate him for that. I have never been on a cruise in which the service was so under par.

The entertainment was obviously geared toward those 65 and above. I do understand that the crowd on the ship was "mature" but it should be taken into consideration that there are still those on board that would like at least one venue in which they could appreciate good entertainment for those under 55.
