If Carnival Sunshine is just Lipstick on a Pig like so many cruisers have claimed, well then she's a beautiful pig with the prettiest lipstick we have ever seen !

This was my families first cruise, so we have nothing to compare her to, but The Sunshine has made us cruisers for life.

We drove from Canada to NOLA for the third sailing from that port, through ice storms, and crazy driving conditions with a very small trailer hitched for our luggage. We knew when parking we would have to unhitch it and take up two parking spots, but they were so nice to only charge us for 1 spot, which was very reasonable.

Cabin Review

Cabin Spa Cabin

Loved our connecting Spa Balcony cabins. There was a small basket filled with neat and nice smelling stuff, even the best mascara I have ever used. Room was very clean always. We were literally 4 steps away from a door leading onto Adult Serenity Deck, and a short flight of stairs down from there to The Lido. No noise issues at all. There were only 2 elevators that went up to Deck 11, so more often than not, we took elevator to deck 10 and walked up the small flight of stairs.
