This was our first cruise. We chose Royal Princess because it was new and the larger commons area.

All I can say is that the ship is great. We spoke with several other couples that cruise a lot and the consensus was that it was one of the nicest ships floating. I see a lot of complaints that the cabin balcony was small, but it was functional, 2 people in chairs can sit easily and have a drink.

The cabin sizes were from what we hear a tad small, but ours was functional, we had room to unpack everything out of the way. The tv on the wall was large. Bed was comfortable. Room stewards were efficient and attentive. My two complaints is that was no central staircase, there was one on each end.

Cabin Review

room was smaller but effective. Had enough closet to unpack everything. TV was large and nice. balcony was smaller from what other cruisers said but it was large enough for us to sit out and enjoy coffiee and sunshine.Bed was very comfortable. Overall it was fine for the amount of time we spent in the room.
