The "Epic" looks like a big oblong box. No effort was made to make us - the passengers - feel any more than a bus load of passengers going from stop to stop. Staff were o.k. but not over helpful or friendly. Felt that we were treated as "out with the last voyage passengers & on with this lot - here we go again" In fact the 2nd in charge of entertainment was extremely rude in her lack of professionalism with an "I'm the most important person here" mentality.

Cabins were awkward to manoveure around with the bed being so short in length that my husband had his feet hanging over the end against the drawers of the clothes cabinet - o.k. he is 6 ft. tall but surely this is standard height. We were in a balcony suite but the space was minimal so to pass each other at the end of this short, rounded edged bed it had to be a one way street.

Very loathe to sail with this cruise line again. We are seasoned cruisers but normally with P&O/Princess. Will be going on Regal Princess in August - again around the med. but first are on the Celebrity Solstice in April which will be a new experience as haven't travelled with a ship owned by Cunard before - watch this space!!
