Embarkation: Very organized we were having a cool drink by the pool bar in about 20-30 minutes.
Fort Lauderdale is the preferred port over chaotic Miami.
Stateroom: 9307 Concierge Class at the very aft of the ship. Long walk to elevators, constant vibration/shudder while sailing and extreme vibration when docking (not a pleasant way to awaken each morning) and soot on the balcony (never sat outside). Layout was fine.
MDR: Food quality and variety was actually quite good, service good not great.
Porch: Lovely escape for breakfast or lunch from the masses on days at sea. Service very good.
Tuscan Grill: Nice change of pace from MDR, excellent menu selections and service to match.
Murano: Very nice...we dined with friends on the last evening and it was great. Many wonderful selections, table side service, excellent wines and cheese. Great way to end the cruise!
Mast Grill: When you have the need for a good burger this is the place.
Cafe B'acio: Excellent caramel macchiato.
Martini Bar: Alin was the best entertainer on the cruise, just enough attitude mixed with great service and showmanship. Godiva martini was a very nice night cap.
Areas for improvement: Seat cushions at the pool bar and sunset bar need to be replaced. Always had to use a towel on the chairs as the cushions were worn and dirty. Our Captain's Club info was not given to the stateroom attendant thus missed out on some activities and benefits.
Overall I was a little disappointed with the condition of the public areas of the ship. Sailed on the Reflection last year and it just sparkled.
Disembarkation: A bit of a long queue waiting for customs but we were on the bus to FLL by 9am.
