First celebrity cruise, great expectations which were not quite met. Embarkation was swift but additional time due to not having printed an "express pass". Printed up 14 pages of "cruise docs" but it was not part of the package. Room was great, clean, comfortable beds, well attended to by cabin steward. Dining, anytime, was fine, no reservations and were accommodated quickly. Food average in main dining room, we expected better quality. Pastries were dry and very mediocre. Did not try the specialty restaurants. Buffet breakfast was better then in the main dining. Only buffet and one restaurant free..others with charge. Specialty coffee drink bar was great and included with the basic drink package and the service was exceptional. Entertainment average but the host screamed into the mike during the pool games. We relocated to the adults only spa area to get away from it. Inconsistent formal night enforcement in main dining.. Long sleeve shirts for men were accepted in lieu of sport coats. Short sleeve shirt..offered a loaner coat to enter (which was promptly removed when seated).. Many men were seen seated with short sleeves and a few spied wearing shorts! No flip flops allowed per brochure but saw people wearing sport shoes you wear in the water! Casino nice as non smoking. Decent cruise.. Will consider another.
