Very disappointed

Sail Date: February 2014
Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean
Embarkation: Tenerife

This was no your first cruise and may I say if it was I would not Book another.

To start the transfer to the ship was late totally disorganised which meant we lost

Time on the first day.

When we finally got settled in we used the main restaurant and the the food was not very good at all Luke warm rather than hot, and the service was very slow all through the cruise the service from all staff was very poor, it seemed as if they just could not be bothered. We used the buffet area to eat on a few occasions and the food was cold, and not very appetising.

The entertainment was poor not much going on during the day in the bars and lounges as they didn't usually open until 3pm on most days or as one waiter informed me when I asked when the bar would be open, " when we are ready".

speaking to a lot of people on the cruise what they thought of it all they informed us they had stopped the service payment as they did not feel they had received good More service.

The only good points about the cruise was the cabin was good and well maintained by housekeeping and the all inclusive package.

As you can guess from this experience we will be not sailing with MSC again. Less
