We just got back from our 7 day cruise on the Pride out of Baltimore and this was our 11 cruise so we are seasoned cruisers, Everything was great, even though things have changed over the years this is still a great way to vacation I do miss the little touches they have dropped over the years like one welcome drink when you boarded handed to you, the ice automatically in your room and the free paper folders that displayed your photos taken while on board, now they just put the photo in a envelope and tell you that this is a new time and you have to buy a frame or book to put them in and the folder was the Old days.

We had to wait about 2 1/2 hours to board but that is not really bad. once on board the hallways were closed so people were waiting in the stairwells to get to there rooms I think this is due to the FTTF pass you can buy that guarantees your room ready upon boarding.. the workers have to bounce around the ship getting these rooms ready instead of cleaning them in a orderly fashion .But we were in our room in about 1 hour after boarding. The buffets were good I don't think anything is open 24 hours anymore they have cut back on "always ready foods" there were times when it seemed everything was closed, except room service and one day we waited 1/2 hour after the breakfast was supposed to be delivered never to get it. The staff is really over worked and now that there is automatic tips charged to your account I think they are not as worried about getting every detail finished.( ice in room)

Only went to the dining room 2 times we had 8:00 late dinner and didn't get out till 9:30 too late for us to get out of dinner so we ate earlier at the buffets. We went to 4 comedy shows and 3 broad way shows and all of these were Great . We would have missed all of these if we went to dinner at 8:00

Cabin Review

Very nice and a lot of room , when the door is open the air conditioner shuts off. there is a half glass wall outside the doors with a rail you can rest your arms on .There is no access to outside but you can get fresh air and see the ocean.
