Have cruised on two other Holland ships, before Carnival took over, with no issues. Things have defintely changed for the worse.

This ship has so many issues, its hard to know where to start.

Cruise was to Panama in October. We were on the 8th floor, back of ship, balcony, right in the very middle. Perfect room for going through the canal. GREAT view! The worst room however, when it came to air conditioning!!! Every night the room was well over 80 degrees. Had the crew come twice to check the temperature with a temp. gauge and both times was told, yeah, its hot in here. They offered to move us down to the 3rd or 4th floor!!! WE PAID MORE for that higher room, & they wanted to downgrade us!!!! We had others in our group in the same area, same floor and same air conditioning problems. Others in our group at the front of the ship said they were freezing!!! HMmmmm...the casino is where all the air conditioning was!!! Imagine that. Read more
