My wife and I have cruised with RC several times on the Rhapsody/Radiance so we were looking forward to our trip on the Voyager. Embarkation on the ship started an hour late due to, we were told, a "Computer malfunction" but we found out later that there had been a norovirus outbreak aboard the ship.

This ship definitely does NOT have the WOW factor of the other two ships mentioned. No large glass walls to look out onto the ocean. It was hard to find an area that you could look out onto the ocean apart from our balcony in our stateroom. Due to the large Royal Promenade deck all the facilities are very squashy and small. The only time we were able to find a seat in the coffee shop was early morning. The Windjammer restaurant is best visited outside normal eating times otherwise unable to find a table to sit and eat.

The entertainment on board was good in the main theatre. The ice skating show was top class. It was hard to find live music at some of the drinking venues on board.

Cabin Review

Nice and quiet in this cabin. No noise from above or below. Good service from our stateroom attendant.
