Enjoyed the cruise with a few exceptions.
Found the cabin decor acceptable with no odor in the cabin as mentioned in another review. Carpet was clean. Did notice a musty odor in the lavatory sometimes. We brought an air freshener / deodorizer on board and this resolved the odor. Tub was high and thus difficult to get in and out. Would have preferred a walk in shower. Loved the bamboo sheets and the comfortable bed. Plenty of storage. Safe large enough for large laptop. Black out curtains kept heat and light out of the room. Spacious balcony. Would have liked a table for dining in the room though. Breakfast room service on time and hot.
Dinner in Opus dinning room was good. Great service. But - it is noisy, with tables crowded together, with waiters moving about at a hectic pace, Did not like that the dress code is only a suggestion, with people dressed in T shirt and jeans seated next to us in formal attire.
Plenty of deck chairs around pools. But - pools are less than 5 feet deep with ladders but no stairs for entry. Spas could be hotter. I slipped a few times walking on the wet deck in flip flop sandals. Could be textured instead of glass smooth.
There are 24 elevators. But - people try to get on before letting people off. And several times had an elevator go passed the floor without stopping to let those waiting get on.
Complementary luggage valet and airplane boarding passes for suite guests. But - our airplane boarding passes were printed with the wrong date! TSA agent pointed this out at security after a 20 minute wait in line.
Shore excursion of two reef snorkel in Cozumel was well done. But - The reefs were well within sight of the ship just yards offshore and the boat was packed. Did not care to be snorkeling with about 40 others in the water. And the waiver from liabilities you must sign is ridiculous. You must agree to waive your rights even if the tour operator is negligent.
